个人简介

20138月加入苏州大学物理与光电能源学部(光电信息科学与工程学院);20137月研究生毕业于北京师范大学凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位;2008年本科毕业于南昌大学物理系应用物理专业,获理学学士学位。主要研究(兴趣)领域:基于微/纳米结构的光电器件(太阳能电池、光解水与光探测器等)、新型半导体材料和材料表面改性。目前主持国家自然科学基金(青年项目)、江苏省自然科学基金(青年项目)、江苏省高校自然科学基金(面上项目)和中国博士后自然科学基金(面上项目)各一项, 另外参与了多项国家自然科学基金项目和一项国家重大基础研究计划(973)课题;以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文十余篇,合作发表论文三十余篇,申请中国专利5项。
