晏成林,教授/博士生导师,中组部青年千人计划入选者,德国莱布尼茨固态和材料研究所兼职博士生导师。回国前任德国莱布尼茨固态和材料研究所课题组长,主要从事新能源材料和器件的研究工作。近年来共在国际权威学术期刊如J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Adv.Mater.Adv. Energy Mater.Nano LettersACS NanoEnergy & Environmental Science等杂志上发表论文40多篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表影响因子大于10.0的论文超过15篇,论文已被引用1300多次。研究工作被超过30个媒体和专业网站如Science Newsline, Science daily, Science seeker, Chemistry world, Renewable Energy, the Latest ScienceNewslineACS等作为亮点报道。开发出的薄膜储能器件在微电子器件领域有广泛的用途,目前正与德国Anvo-Systems Dresden GmbH公司开展商业化合作研究。2013年接受了英国皇家化学会(RSC)的独家专访,报道课题组研究进展。研究成果连续2年入选德国IFW-Dresden研究所年度进展报告,并被全球Renewable Energy选为“Highlight”报道。以课题负责人的身份先后开展了5项以上科研项目,并荣获多项国际国内科研奖励和表彰。2011年开始以课题组长身份在德国莱布尼茨固态和材料研究所(IFW-Dresden)指导博士生,2013年获得了德国IFW-Dresden研究所颁发的杰出科研奖。
