摘要：The presentation will concentrate on our recent progress in optomechanical manipulation of micro- and nano- scale objects with the help of optical tweezers, enhanced by auxiliary structures. In particular, plasmonic lenses will the demonstrated to provide capabilities of flexible manipulation along optical axis. Original approach to targeted drug delivery with optical tweezers will be introduced and flexible manipulation of biological cells and biocompatible drug cargoes will be demonstrated.
