报告摘要:Quantum control of systems plays an important role in modern science and technology. We focus in the spins in solids which are important platforms for quantum information science. In this talk, I would like to present our recent progress in quantum control over spins in nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamonds [1-4]. The initialization, readout and high-fidelity quantum gate operations of spin qubits can be accomplished by advanced spin resonance techniques. Our recent experiment which is to achieve the quantum control beyond Hermitian Hamiltonians will also be discussed [5].

报告人简介:荣星, 2005年中国科学技术大学00班本科毕业,2011年中国科学技术大学物理学院博士毕业。2011年至2013年,担任中国科学技术大学物理学院近代物理系副教授,2014年至今任中国科学技术大学物理学院近代物理系特任研究员。致力于发展脉冲微波射频技术,发展电子自旋的量子操控方法,开展基于电子自旋的固态量子计算实验研究,相关研究成果发表在Nature1篇),Science 2篇),Nature Communications4篇),Physical Review Letters8篇)等学术杂志上。作为主要骨干,参与完成了我国脉冲式电子顺磁共振谱仪的研制,突破国际对我国关键微波元件的禁运限制,发展了一系列国际先进的脉冲微波技术,使得该谱仪在诸多关键指标达到并超越了国际商用谱仪,相关成果已申请国家发明专利18项(已授权8项)。
